1. Object & Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, registration, ordering, and access to The Isolette products offered by Maria Leonor da Costa Martins, VAT no. 234066873, headquartered at Rua da Escola 141, 4765-171 Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, through the website www.theisolette.com
They apply to all purchase contracts between The Isolette and any user placing orders on the Site.
Definitions:
- “The Isolette” – Products sold on www.theisolette.com

“User” – Any person placing an order on www.theisolette.com
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
2. Acceptance
By using www.theisolette.com or purchasing The Isolette products, the User acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration
Users may place orders by registering on the Site or by providing only a valid email and phone number. Registered users benefit from stored preferences and faster checkout.
4. Products
- All product images are illustrative; colours and textures may vary slightly.
- Product details are available on each product page.
- The Isolette reserves the right to update product information, pricing, promotions, and these Terms without prior notice.
5. Orders
Orders are completed through the following steps:
- Select desired products.
- Add products to the shopping cart.
- Provide personal, shipping, and billing details.
- Select payment method.
- Review and confirm the order.
Users receive:
- An Order Confirmation email;
- An Order Shipment email is sent once payment is approved and goods are dispatched.
Orders may be cancelled by The Isolette if:
- Products are out of stock;
- Payment fails or is not confirmed;
- Billing details are incorrect or unverifiable;
- Fraud is suspected;
- The order appears intended for resale;
- The delivery address is outside the service areas.
6. Payment Methods & Security
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, MB Way, and bank transfer.
Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Isolette does not store payment details.
7. Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and order value.
- Portugal: 4€ CTT (3–7 working days). [Free shipping when buying 2 items].
- Europe: €13 (4–7 working days).
- Rest of the World: €15 (5–10 working days).
Delivery times are counted from dispatch and exclude weekends/holidays. The Isolette is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes in the destination country. If a User refuses delivery due to import charges, return costs will be charged.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
- Users may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- To exercise this right, contact hello@theisolette.com.
- Return costs are borne by the User.
- Refunds (including standard delivery costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt and approval of returned goods.
- If products are returned damaged or used, The Isolette may reject the return.
9. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
- Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund.
- Defective or non-conforming items may be returned free of charge—contact us with photos of the defect.
- International returns outside the EU/EEA are only accepted if duties/taxes are prepaid; these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days; return costs are borne by the customer. Replacement items are shipped free.
10. Quality & Warranty
- The Isolette does not sell second-hand or defective items.
- Colours may vary due to screen differences.
- All products benefit from the legal warranty provided by applicable consumer law.
11. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to hello@theisolette.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

12. Liability
The Isolette is not liable for:
- Website downtime, technical failures, or external intrusions (e.g., viruses).
- Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supplier delays).
- Misuse of user account data by third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
The Isolette reserves the right to amend these Terms. Updated versions will be published on www.theisolette.com.

15. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute:
- The Isolette and User will seek an amicable solution within 60 days.
