Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read the details below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@theisolette.com to notify us of your return or exchange.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Ship your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: please indicate the item/size you’d like in your return email. Replacement items are shipped free of charge and usually processed within 5 business days.

International Orders (outside the EU/CEE)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Any import duties or customs fees already incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Pre-sale items
  • Sale items (final sale)
