RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the order receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please email us to theisolette@gmail.com to inform us about your wish to return or exchange your order.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Unfortunatelly due to Portuguese Customs restrictions and delays, we will just accept returns from international orders outside of CEE (USA, UK & Rest of the world) if:
- the shipment is sent with "duties and taxes paid".
- all the import duties and taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

For international orders outside of CEE, unfortunately we won't be able to refund the shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. All import duties and taxes will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

If you return an item for an exchange, please state that on the email and tell us which item you wish to receive.

Exchanged items will be sent on a free delivery service. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your exchange. If there is any problem we will contact you via phone (if provided) or email. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom Items / Made to order
  • Pre-sale Items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note (for international orders outside CEE)
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
