We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and conveniently. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Portugal: 3–7 working days — €4
(Free shipping when buying 2 or more products) - Europe: 4–7 working days — €13
- Rest of the World: 5–10 working days — €15
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. The Isolette is not responsible for any such fees.
Delivery Information
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot amend the address or redirect the package.
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Shipment Issues

Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute occurs before shipment, your order will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. Payment providers (PayPal/Stripe) may withhold funds during this process.
