We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 working days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. THE ISOLETTE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please provide us a full precise address and contact number. Once the order is shipped we are no longer able to change the address or redirect the package. Unfortunately we will not be responsible for any wrong delivery address provided to us.

If your shipment has an issue, gets delayed or gets lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If a payment dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because Paypal/Stripe will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.

Our payment systems is managed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. You can use your credit card or your PayPal account to pay for your order.

Aditionaly we accept payments by bank deposit or MB WAY.
